Sarah and the team quickly arranged an assessment and attended our site with Ian on Wednesday 26th June. We found the assessment very thorough and by having the correct people attending, we were able to answer all of their queries during the visit. As requested, we provided copies of invoices and floorplans, which made the process so much more efficient. The team were able to identify some 'quick wins' that can be worked on immediately, and quickly turned around the final report that will be worked on as funding allows. All in all, a very friendly, professional and speedy process, that I would heartily recommend other organisations undertake if possible.
