The Education Alliance - Production of Streamlined Energy & Carbon Reporting (SECR) report. Scope 1, 2 & 3 data collection and conversion to metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent.
Conducted internal audit and revamped EMS - Redefined EMS scope.
Undertook internal audit for The University and developed the EMS. All requirements of the standard were audited and a series of corrective action reports were developed.
External auditor was required.
The CRC audit was undertaken in line with the CRC guidance. PEM provided a thorough assessment and assisted The University throughout the audit process. Process was fully documented.
Thermal Camera Audits.
The school wanted to reduce its gas consumption and energy costs by identifying heat loss areas. A thermal camera audit was undertaken to identify heat loss areas.
The College wanted to investigate surface water overcharges.
Wilberforce College is a well respected college situated in East Hull. The College is home to approximately 1,439 students. PEM Ltd. recently produced a Carbon Management Plan for the college.
